Open from 7.00am (fitness centre) to 11.00pm (bar) weekdays (and available for weekend bookings, too), the centre provides a range of facilities:

• Bars:
  • open all day - 12.00 - 23.00
  • inexpensive real ales including daily guest beers
  • new wine list - all wines by the glass or by the bottle
  • great selection of draught and bottled lagers
  • comfy leather sofas!
  • big-screen satellite TV with all your favourite sports channels
• Bar food/restaurant and catering for meetings and functions:
  • breakfasts from 8am
  • full lunch menu from 12 noon; tasty home made specials til 3pm
